Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has shipped. Slvr and Sage is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Slvr and Sage is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Slvr and Sage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
