At Slvr and Sage, every piece is handmade, one of a kind, and crafted with care. Because of the unique nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.

Please note:

• Natural stones vary in color, shape, and markings — these variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
• Normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Custom orders and wholesale orders are final sale.
